Premium Class Dining

As a Chinese saying goes, “Etiquette originates from table manners.” Hainan Airlines graciously serves traditional Chinese with Western cuisine in a manner that will not disappoint this saying.

Once aloft, the meal service resembles a fine restaurant, with a variety of beverages offered, accompanied by warm nuts and canapés. Appetizers and salads are served. A choice of entrees is offered from a menu, designed to charm both Western and Asian tastes, accompanied by fine world-class wines.

The service continues with enticing desserts, cheese plates and fresh fruit, along with an assortment of teas or freshly-brewed coffee and espresso. And there are sweet and savory snacks available throughout the flight and an additional meal service prior to arrival.

Aboard long-haul flights, passengers can sample a variety of Chinese teas including Puer, Longjing, Tieh-Kuan-Yin and Biluochun. There are even special tea products for ladies. As you sip and enjoy the tea, you can read more about Chinese traditional tea culture.
