LI Xiaoming, Chairman. Chairman Li is a native of Beijing and was graduated from the China University of Political Science and Law. He has held various positions: as Deputy Director of Administrative Office, General Manager of the Planning and Finance Department, Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President. He was also Chief Executive Officer of the Sanya Phoenix International Airport, Managing Director of Yangtzjiang Real Estate Group, Executive Vice President of Hainan Airlines Group (HNA), Managing Director of HNA Hotels & Resorts, Managing Director of Yangzijiang Real Estate Group, and Managing Director of HNA Real Estate Holdings Company (Group).
WANG Yingming, President. President Wang is a native of Tianjin and received his Bachelor’s Degree from Northwestern Polytechnic University, majoring in aircraft engine control.. He has served as Deputy Manager of the Maintenance and Engineering Department of Hainan Airlines, General Manager of the Maintenance and Engineering Department, Deputy Executive Vice President of Operations and Chief Operating Officer of Hainan Airlines.
YANG Jinglin, Vice-Chairman. Vice-ChairmanYang is a native of Harbin. He previously worked at Locomotive Depot in Qiqihar and later became a political teacher in a troop and has been the Executive President of China Xinhua Airlines from February 1997.
MU Weigang, Board Director and Vice President. Vice President Mu is a graduate of the First Air Force Aviation Academy. Flight Captain and Deputy Chief of staff of a regiment in an air force division, Mu joined Hainan Airlines in 1992 and has held various positions including Assistant Flight Leader and Flight Leader of Flight Operations Department, deputy general manager of the Flight Operations Department, Board Director, and Vice-President.
CHEN Rijin, Independent Director. Mr. Chen was graduated from Northwestern Industry University. He previously served as Vice Mayor of Huangshi Municipal Government, Vice Head of the Industry Department of Hainan province, Deputy Chief Secretary for the Hainan provincial government, Director of the Industry Department, and Director of Finance Department of Hainan Province.
FENG Daan, Independent Director. Mr. Feng was a civil architecture major from Lanzhou University of Technology, and was formerly Director and subsequently deputy governor of Gansu Branch of China Construction Bank, Deputy Secretary and Deputy Governor of Hainan Brand of China Construction Bank, Deputy Director of Securities Management Office, Deputy Commissioner and later Commissioner of Inland Revenue Department.
WU Banghai, Independent Director. Mr. Wu is a postgraduate and a native of Tianjin. He was formerly Vice-President of Intermediate People’s Court in Zhangjiakou, Hebei Province, Economy Division Chief Judge and Associate Director of Political Department of Higher People's Court of Hainan Province, President and Party Secretary of Intermediate People’s Court，Deputy Secretary of Political and Law Committee Deputy Director of Comprehensive Management Committee.
ZHANG Cong, Convener of the Board of Supervisors. Mr. Zhang is a graduate of the China Civil Aviation College and was previously General Manager of Project Management of Hainan Airlines Group and is presently the Chairman and Managing Director of Jilin Tourist Group.
CHEN Ping, Supervisor. Mr. Chen is a graduate of Fu Dan University with a degree in Business Administration.
LI Rui, Supervisor. Mr. Li has a bachelor’s degree in Information Management from the Central China Science and Technology University and currently works as deputy manager of Hainan Airlines Securities.
GAO Jian, Supervisor. Mr. Gao is a graduate from China Civil Aviation University, and is presently Deputy Director of the Office.
XU Xiaojie, Supervisor. Mr. Xu is native of Guangdong Province and a postgraduate from University of Finance & Economics. He previously held positions as General Manager of Credit Department and Security Department of China International Trust and Investment Corporation, Finance Director of Baotonghang Co.,Ltd and currently Manager of Enterprise Management of Jincheng State-owned Assets Management Company.
CHEN Ming, Vice President and Marketing Director. Mr. Chen was graduated from Maastricht School of Management, majoring in Enterprise Management. Chen became a member of Hainan Airlines since 1994 and was previously General Manager of Marketing and Sales Department of Hainan Airlines, Director of Office, Executive President of China Xinhua Airlines, CEO and General Manager of Deerjet Company, Chairman of Hainan Air Catering Holding Ltd, and Vice President of HNA Eating Holding Company.
YU Wenyong, Vice-President. As a postgraduate majoring Mechanical from Northwestern Polytechnic University, Mr. Yu is formerly Executive Deputy Manager of Flight Department, and Maintenance and Engineering Department of Hainan Airlines, Deputy Manager of Maintenance and Engineering Department of Xinhua Airlines, Executive Vice President of Chang’an Airlines, President and Chairman of Tianjin Airlines.
GUAN Lei, Assistant to President, and Chief Pilot. Graduated from China Civil Aviation Flying College, Mr. Guan previously served as Chief Pilot, General Manager and Assistant to President of Hainan Airlines and at present takes charge of technical standards and training of flight management and assists the work of the Vice President.
XU Xin, Assistant to the President. Mr. Xu is a post-graduate of Lanzhou University, majoring in Enterprise Management. He joined Hainan Airlines in 1999, and was previously Deputy Manager and General Manager of Marketing and Sales Department.
LIU Dan, Revenue Director. A native of Xiangfan, Hubei province, Mr. Liu was a Finance Major at Zhongnan University of Economics. He has previously held the positions of Revenue Manager in the Finance Department, Deputy Manager of the Finance Department, Finance Director of Changan Airlines, General Manager of the Finance Department of New China Airlines, Deputy General Manager and subsequently General Manager of the Finance Department of Hainan Airlines Group.
LYU Guangwei,.Secretary of the Board of Directors. Mr. Lyu was a graduate of Management from Qiqihar University and previously Securities Representative of Hainan Airlines.
