Arrival Flights

Hainan Airlines’ flights arrive at either Terminal 1 or Terminal 2. Flight arrival information is usually posted on the flight arrivals and departures display throughout the terminal two hours before the estimated arrival time. Domestic China flights (including Beijing-Shanghai Express Shuttle) operate from Terminal 1. International flights, including those bound for Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan, operate from Terminal 2.

Transfer Passengers

Hainan Airlines transfer passengers can obtain flight and boarding gate information from TV monitors at the Beijing Capital International Airport and can also get updated information at the transfer service counter in the Departure Transit Area. Passengers should present the valid flight coupon for their next flight to the airline staff at the connecting airport. If a passenger fails to present this coupon, the passenger will be subject to the regulations pertaining to the loss of coupons.

Passengers who need to transfer to other terminals can take the complimentary Terminal Shuttle Buses.

Accommodations for Transfer Passengers

Hainan Airlines provides complimentary hotel accommodations and airport transfer for passengers with a stopover of at least 5 hours to connect to domestic flights and at least 6 hours to connect to international flights as well as an overnight stopover.

Complimentary hotel accommodations are currently not available at international connecting airports.
