Passengers Allergic to nuts

Hainan Airlines invests time and effort in serving special meals and snacks on board for passengers with special dietary needs. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee a nut-free environment to passengers in our aircraft cabins as nuts may be brought onboard by any passenger. Nut remnants or nut oil may be on the aircraft floor, seats, and surface of galley equipment or be spread by aircraft ventilation systems.

Therefore, to ensure a comfortable journey, if allergic to nuts, Hainan Airlines strongly recommends you to consult with your physician about your travel plans.
