Hainan Airlines define infant passengers as babies older than 14 days but less than 2- years- old.
- Healthy infants older than 14 days or prematurely born infants older than 90 days are welcome to travel with us.
- Infants must be escorted by someone 18- years- old or over. Each adult passenger is permitted to bring an infant at a charge of 10% of the applicable adult ticket price. If an adult travels with more than one infant, 50% of the applicable adult ticket price will be charged for each additional infant. A separate seat will also be arranged if Passengers are bringing more than one infant.
- We have bassinets for infants on all of our wide-body aircrafts that travel on international routes.
- Each bassinet measures 72cm and can take a maximum load of 11kg. If you need to travel with infants, please contact the local Hainan Airline Sales office or call our domestic China hotline at (86)-950718 at least 72 hours before your flight.You will need to fill out Special Assistance Form Application A.
