Please fill out the refund application form below:

  1. We only process refund application for bookings made from this site.
  2. Please enter the names of all passengers accordingly if the refund application is meant for more than one passenger. Otherwise you can also submit refund application separately.
  3. Once online refund application is submitted, website system will process the refund and won’t recheck it with you. Your travel itinerary viewed on Check My Trip will be invalid after you make the online refund application. To not affect your trip, please make sure that you really need a refund before submitting refund application.
  4. If you have not received feedback from us within a week (7 business days), please write us an e-mail at webetservice@hnair.com or call our customer service line in China at 0086-898-950718.
  5. Passengers are allowed to cancel a reservation without penalty, for 24 hours, if made more than one week prior to departure. In this case, please send us the refund application directly to our email: webetservice@hnair.com. The request for a 24-hour penalty-free cancellation must be sent via email for Hainan Airlines to process your request successfully.
