by Hainan Airlines ("HNA"). By using this Web Site, you agree to the terms and conditions described herein and to other applicable terms, conditions and notices, including but not limited to the Conditions of Use.

The information contained in the Web Site is subject to change and may change without notice.
The purpose of this Web Site is solely to assist you in determining the availability of travel-related goods and services and for making legitimate reservations or purchases for yourself and those traveling with you.

Booking Rules

The booking rules contained herein are in addition to any other terms and conditions applicable to your reservation or purchase. You agree to abide by the applicable terms or conditions of purchase, including payment of all amounts when due, and compliance with all rules and restrictions regarding availability of fares, products, or services. You are solely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of the use of the Web Site.

Certain reservations and purchases may not be made through this Web Site. For all such reservations and purchases, please contact your nearest Hainan Airlines ticket office or agency.

You must pay the full amount due at the time of reservation. Fares and taxes will be quoted and charged in the currency displayed in the fare quote. Credit cards issued by Visa and MasterCard may be used for reservations. Please note, however, that the types of credit cards that are acceptable may vary between countries of departure.

For Bookings Made in China, please note:
1. China call center will accept foreign credit cards for transactions above 10,000RMB.
2. Smaller transactions with foreign credit cards can be made via the hotline number in China, +86-898-950718.

Passengers traveling with an electronic ticket must present their passport and the credit card used to purchase the electronic ticket at check-in, and the credit card holder must be in the traveling party. Hainan Airlines reserves the right to deny boarding to passengers who do not provide a valid passport or credit card.

Travel Requirements

Passengers are responsible for obtaining visas for travel to destinations that require it. Additionally, passengers must have a valid passport for the duration of the trip, and the expiration date must be acceptable in all the countries entered. More information on passport and visa requirements is available at the embassy of the destination country or countries, and also at the local Hainan Airlines office.

Some airports have passenger service charges which will be paid by the passenger at the airport. Please not that information relating to these charges is not provided for on this Website.

Certain taxes, fees and passenger service charges, which are incorporated into your ticket and collected at the time of ticket issuance, are refundable in the event your ticket is not utilized.

Time of Arrival at the Airport

Passengers shall complete all the check-in procedures according to relevant regulations within the time-limit of 30-90 minutes (or, for Beijing Capital International Airport, 45 minutes) before take-off.

Passengers checking in at Seattle Airport are requested to check in at least two hours before departure. Passengers presenting themselves for check-in with less than one hour prior to departure may be denied boarding.
