Consider Travel Insurance

When travelling overseas sometimes your circumstances can change. Should you be unable to travel, you may wish to consider purchasing travel insurance as a safeguard against cancellation charges.

Like most other airlines Hainan offers a wide range of fare types, some fares sold are subject to certain conditions and may have cancellation fees that vary from 50% to 100% of the ticket price.

We highly recommended that passengers not only purchase travel insurance but also cancellation insurance, as typically travel insurance does not extend to cancellation fees.
